Since its establishment by Yangji Trade in 1972, Maxbond passed though Hannong Polymer Co., Ltd., Dongbu Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., Dongbu CNI and Dongbu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., and is now embraced by CHEMTROS. It has accumulated abundant technologies and know-how in the adhesive field under the name of Maxbond.

CHEMTROS was established as a synthesis research oriented company in March 2006, and we started the organic synthesis business which produces and supplies customized intermediates for various industrial fields.
SP PHARMA Acquisition 2010
In 2010, CHEMTROS acquired Sampoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in order to grow into a synthetic chemistry company equipped with production facilities.
DONGBOO CNI Acquisition 2015
In March 2015, we acquired the polymer business of Dongbu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., and all relevant products and services of Dongbu were provided in the name of CHEMTROS.
