SP PHARMA (API) 1968: Since its establishment in 1968, SAMPOONG Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has accumulated synthesis technology and production experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) field such as production and sales of caffeine anhydrous, tramadol and cyproheptadine after it began production of methylephedrine hydrochloride which is main material of cold medicine.

MAXBOND (Adhesive) 1972: Since its establishment by Yangji Trade in 1972, Maxbond passed though Hannong Polymer Co., Ltd., Dongbu Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., Dongbu CNI and Dongbu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., and is now embraced by CHEMTROS. It has accumulated abundant technologies and know-how in the adhesive field under the name of Maxbond.

CHEMTROS CO., LTD. 2006: CHEMTROS was established as a synthesis research oriented company in March 2006, and we started the organic synthesis business which produces and supplies customized intermediates for various industrial fields.

SP PHARMA Acquisition 2010: In 2010, CHEMTROS acquired Sampoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in order to grow into a synthetic chemistry company equipped with production facilities.

DONGBOO CNI Acquisition 2015: In March 2015, we acquired the polymer business of Dongbu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., and all relevant products and services of Dongbu were provided in the name of CHEMTROS.

CHEMTROS CO., LTD 10th Anniversary 2016: As of Mar. 2016, CHEMTROS is devoted to creating new technological values by integrating organic synthesis technology with combination technology.
It has been 10 years since the establishment of CHEMTROS, and we possess the experience and our history in synthesis technology and combination technology of over 40 years.

CHEMTROS CO., LTD Listed on KOSDAQ 2017: With stable sales and sustained growth, CHEMTROS was listed on the KOSDAQ on October 11, 2017, and we will continue to do our best to improve quality and satisfy our customers.

Completion Ceremony of Jincheon Plant 2019: On October 25, 2019, the Jincheon plant was completed and will produce a variety of products, including electronic materials, for a new leap forward.
